Hi @user59844. Motion detection concerns can usually be resolved by adjusting the settings. First, which model of Ring Security Camera are we working with? You can find the model name on the original packaging, or on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, how do you have your Motion Zones configured? Feel free to share a screenshot.
