Low battery

Ring camera keeps saying batteries are at 4% and 6%. Been like this for a couple of months now. Have inserted 2 fresh batteries twice now and still says they're dead. Have probably also uninstalled and reinstalled app about 15 times, just in order to give me notifications. The whole thing is just very unreliable and bugged way too often.
