Installing exterior wired floodlight cam

I want to replace the exterior light with Ring exterior floodlight cam wired plus. I have read the instructions and need help removing/uninstalling the existing one. These are the pictures of the existing fixture. I believe if I unscrew the 2, I should be able to remove the fixture and follow the instructions to install the Ring security-cam. Is that correct? Can you please help to see if that looks okay or if you had 1 of these and how you went about removing it?
