Inquiry Regarding Ring Camera Not Recording Videos
Dear Ring Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report an issue with my Ring camera. The camera does not seem to be recording videos properly. When I go to the “Playback” section, I only see the clips that I have watched live, while the footage I did not view in real-time is missing. Please note that I am subscribed to the paid plan, which I understand should include video recording and storage for a certain period. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and advise me on how to resolve it. Thank you for your support.

Hi @user_4eb3ac. Which Ring Camera do you have? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Which Ring Home plan are you subscribed to? You should be able to see the plan name by logging into your account at Ring.com and selecting Plan.
