How do I change camera on Protect Plan?

I have a basic camera protect plan and the floodlight camera went faulty. I changed it , but cannot find a way of moving my protect plan subscription to the new camera I had to buy? Help!

Hi @user_766bda. You cannot transfer your plan. You will have to cancel it, in which case you will get a prorated refund for the time you have not used. Then you can subscribe your new Camera to a new plan.
