Hardwired floodlight cam plus-lights come on during day yet app shows off

I have 7 wired floodlight cam plus units.  They all worked until sometime in December when the "turn all lights on" button was taken off the app, and then it came back. Now, the lights come on during the day, and night, with no motion. Called tech support and rebooted after they must have pushed an update. Problem still exists. Deleted and reinstalled all units, did hard reset using button on camera. Deleted app on phone and reinstalled. Wifi is perfect. I have 2 spotlight cam wired units that do not have any issues. Question a code error when the dashboard was redesigned? Anyone else have similar problems?

    Just got off phone the second time with tech support. Bad feeling this is never going to be addressed. Since the "What's new" button on dashboard was added, that is when the problem started. Lights should NOT come on during the day. If it was one, I'd replace it with a spotlight cam, but 7 is too much! They worked fine until someone tinkered with the dashboard. Please revert dashboard back to December.

      Having same issue with mine. All motion and light settings are turned off but every night they turn on for no reason, and stay on. No timers set, and no other device triggers them. App says they are off. Have to turn ON then OFF in app to turn them off, then next morning they are back on. This is not the first time Ring have ruined a good product by software updates. Thinking of getting rid of the whole system.

    Yes, same here.  Please call Ring tech support, they need to know this is happening to many customers.
