Gen 2 stand alone camera connected to 230v mains
My 2nd Generation stand alone camera will not charge or run the camera from the 230v mains adapter supplied by Ring, any tips?

Hi @Sparkymick. I would try to perform a reset on your camera. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. After that, you should be able to power up you cam and [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) to wifi.
