Floodlight Cam Wired Plus
I have a Floodlight Cam Wired Plus that I had installed 2 years ago, that hasn't captured any snapshots or motion for almost a month. Live view has also stopped working. The device shows as online in the app with strong signal strength, daily health checks and the firmware status is always in date. I have called UK support on 2 occasions, followed the fairly useless advice on both occasions including removing the device from current network, resetting the device to factory settings on both occasions but to no avail. On my last call to the support line I was promised a callback regarding the issue but this never happened... Has anyone ever experienced such an issue that could help to resolve this?

Do you have a light schedule on? There is a firmware issue that causes a network issue. If you delete the schedule it may fix your issue
