Hi @user26226. Where in the Ring app are you activating the siren from - the Live View or on the device profile page? Do you receive an error message in the Ring app when doing so or does it appear that the siren should be playing but you don't hear it from the Camera? I'd be happy to offer some general troubleshooting tips once I have some more information.
