Convert wireless Spotlight Cam to hardwire? Can it be done?
I have a wireless Spotlight Cam with solar panel backup but with all the motions alerts, the panel is not able to keep up with the power drain. Can the wireless Cam be converted to hardwire and if so, what do I need from Ring? I searched and don't see a kit for conversion; or am I stuck as is?

Hey @Skeeter52. At this time, we do not have an official way to convert over the Spotlight Cam Battery or Solar to the Spotlight Cam Wired. In your case, I would recommend calling out support team [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Get-in-Touch). They can work out any additional options that may help you out, such as a possible exchange or trade-in. Let me know what you hear back from them on the phone! :)
