Camera not working properly
My spotlight cam plus is not working correctly. In the health, it says that is online, with good WiFi signal, however it doesn't show any video. When I try to show live video it says that can't connect. When I restart the device from the app, it says that is updating. Once it finishes, I manage to turn on lights sometimes but it doesn't show video at all. After it starts having issues, I can't turn lights ON again. I tried everything to troubleshoot, but I can't find the way to make it work again. Camera is with wired power. All other cameras are working properly

Hi @user_bb2db2. What is your wifi download and upload speed, and how many Ring Cameras and Doorbells do you have connected to your wifi? Are you connected to wifi or mobile data on your phone when trying to access Live View? I'd also suggest checking that the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open on your network.
