I have a 2nd gen indoor cam that has been set-up (connected) but isn't sending back any audio or video as it just states the privacy cover is closed when it isn't. Have tried removing and reconnecting and all sorts but just keeps saying the same.

    Hi @user_f2030b. Try rebooting your Camera as well using the Ring app to see if it helps. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
