Move subscription to new device
troubleshooting
Hello, I have replaced a faulty unit and want to move the subscription over to the new device. Is this possible? TIA

Hi @user_3c90a4. You will need to cancel your current plan, in which case you will receive a prorated refund for the time left on the plan. Then you will need to subscribe to a plan for your new device.
