i bought a new ring video door bell to replace one that died.

My first ring doorbell died, how do i remove it from my account and add the new one to my plan?

    Hi @user_6b6487. If you are subscribed to the Basic Plan, then you will not be able to transfer it over to your new Doorbell. You will need to cancel it and subscribe to a new plan. You will be refunded for the time you have not used of the plan.
