Cannot Purchase Protect Plan

I am trying to purchase a protect plan for our doorbell. The trial ran out long ago. Every time I click, purchase plan, it loops back to the dashboard. I have tried logging in on Safari and Chrome browsers and neither are working. I have a Mac, using OS 17. Please help as we would like to fix this ASAP.
