Upgrade subscription after 4 months do you have pay full amount and lose what ive paid
Ive paid for.12 months basic and want install another camera and upgrade but its saying its 80 pound and no mention of refund me for the rest my 12 months already paid for

JHi neighbors. When upgrading your plan, the procedure is still the same. You will get a prorated refund of what you have not used of your previous plan. It should be refunded in the currency your account is set to. If not and you're having billing issues, you will need to call our support team for further assistance.

Hi @user45564. Once subscribed and upgraded to a new Ring Protect Plan, you will be automatically refunded a prorated amount for the time left on your Basic Ring Protect Plan. It may take a few days for this to process, depending on your bank. But yes, you do have to pay the full amount for a new Ring Protect Plan subscription.
