Upgrade from home basic cost

I've just purchased a new doorbell and camera, my subscription auto renewed last week. I need to upgrade my plan, it looks as though I'll need to pay £80 for a new subscription when though I've just payed £50. How does that work?

Hi @user_5546bb. When upgrading your plan, you will be charged the full amount of the new plan and will be refunded what you have not used of your previous plan.
