Subscription

We've moved house and we had to leave he old ring door bell there. We've purchased a new one for our new home plus one other. The trial was ending so I paid the yearly subscription of £70. It looks like the subscription has been paid for the old ring camera at the house we no longer own. I've tried to call to see if it can be switched over to the correct one but it rings out.
