Subscription payments

I originally had a basic plan subscription but upgraded to protect plus last month. This month payments have gone out for both plans. I have tried to call customer services but was kept on hold for an extended period of time. I have also tried the online chat which was no help at all. I want to make sure that I receive a refund for the over payment and I would like assurance that this will not happen again in the future.

    Hi @user_c8a43b. The Plus plan covers all Ring devices at one location. Now that you have the Plus plan for this location, you can cancel your Basic plan using these steps on Ring.com. If you're eligible for a refund, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process to the payment method on file.

      Thanks for your reply but my account only has details for Ring Protect Plus and not my initial subscription of Ring Protect therefore it won’t allow me to cancel my original plan, both payments have been taken out for a second month, I have now paid £12.99 for two months

        @user_c8a43b If you have two locations on the Ring app, check that you've selected the correct one with your Basic plan in order to cancel it. For further assistance with billing inquiries, you'll need to follow up with our support team. We do not have access to account or billing information here on the Ring Community.
