Hi I sign in but my plan discount is t showing in products I want to buy it still shows the non discounted price in the basket

    Hi @user31490. Which country are you located in, and are you shopping on Ring.com or Amazon.com? Additionally, which product are you looking to purchase?

      I am in Ireland and I have basic plan and code is not applied when buying a outdoor camera

        Hi @user_317f1e. Are you logged in when you are checking out? What specific Ring cam are you trying to purchase. If the cam is already on sale, the discounts will not stack. If you can, share a screenshot of what you are seeing.
