Refund from subscription credit

Is it possible to get your money back from subscription credit. I cancelled my garden cam (49.99) and was given this credit but have now cancelled my doorbell protect too . I have received an email saying I will get a refund for the doorbell but nothing mentioned about the subscription credit. thanksLynne
