Protection Plan is a scam!

I bought the 1 year protection plan and used it for 10 days, now i have bought a new ring doorbell and the people from the chat and this forum told me i need to cancel my subscription and make a new one. I did so, but for 10 days of using ring still charges €3,33 and they have disabled all my features. So i payed for 1 month and only get 10 days. You guys better fix this or i will make work of this. This is pure scam. If you charge €3,33 you should give me the full month and not 1 and half week!!!
