Plan upgrade

When changing to the Standard plan from the Basic plan(s), do I simply change the plan for a single device, then cancel the plans on the  remaining cameras?  Can I do this prior to the expiration of the existing subscriptions without, so that it renews on the date that the existing plans expire?  Or should I wait until the expiration date?

Hi @user_0737d1. Why do you have multiple Cameras with Basic Plans? Are your Cameras at different locations?

All on the same home network.  I had added them cameras one at a time, and with only 2 cameras it was cheaper to stay on the basic plan.  Now, I’ve reached the tipping point where it’s cheaper to upgrade the plan to support more cameras under the Standard plan.

Hi @user_0737d1. Thank you for that information. If you are going to upgrade your plan to the Standard Plan, you will be refunded for what you have not used of your previous plans. Meaning you don't have to wait till those plans expire to upgrade.
