I cancelled plan. Then changed my mind I still want basic plan but my card was declined ?? Why was that

Hi @user_c25345. If you have a valid payment method on file, you should be able to subscribe to a Ring Home plan of your choosing on Ring.com. We have instructions here https://ring.com/gb/en/support/articles/mo3gg/How-to-Subscribe-to-a-Ring-Home-Plan?hasLangChanged=true. Are you receiving a specific error message when you try to subscribe?
