Light coming on but it isn’t recording
troubleshooting
We just replaced our Ring spotlight cams with spotlight cam pros but the light sometimes comes on for the front or patio but it isn’t recording. This didn’t happen until weeks after we put them up. Any help would greatly appreciated. Thank you.

To fix your Ring Spotlight Cam Pros' issue with lights coming on but not recording, restart the camera, check the motion and recording settings in the Ring app, and ensure the firmware is up-to-date
