I'm on Ring Protect basic plan

Hi first post, love the products, Doorbell and Floodlight Cam, and I have the basic plan but on my iPhone 8 Ring app it states my videos are not being saved? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi @JohnnyRanger. The Ring Protect Basic plan will cover one device and have the recordings saved for up to 60 days. Do you have the Basic plan on both your Doorbell and your Floodlight Cam, or only one of them?
