How to cancel ring protect plan

How do I cancel my subscription I am going into Protect plan and it just keeps buffering Refuse to pay the rise in subscription Martin money man said to cancel and re subscribe and you will still keep the £35 but has to be done by 11th March have tried to do this for the past week Why the buffering when I click onto it so annoying
