How to add device to plan

Hi I’ve bought a new camera however it is not letting me add it to my existing plan. I have a plan that has unlimited devices covered to the subscription. The location of my new camera is coming up as the same address but I’m having to switch locations to view it.

You must add the device from within the app while you are signed in to the account that has your subscription attached to it.
