Help! I'm getting constant messages to buy a plan - I ALREADY HAVE A PLAN

I'm getting sick of the constant bright orange messages on my Ring app, every time I do any action a box pops up to say 'Your trial ends soon... etc' I have had a full Ring plan for a long time but every time I add a new camera it triggers this crazy monthly long cycle of orange messages and free trial plan warnings. Can anyone help get rid of these please? I have phoned Ring customer service, they were absolutely useless, told me yes, this will happen for a month every time you add a camera, and no they couldn't do anything about it, basically just accept it, goodbye. I asked if I could speak to anyone else or raise a complaint about it, but was told they don't accept any complaints and they have no complaints department and no, I couldn't escalate it. It makes it super awkward to use the app and just very annoying. I check the app several times a day and am having to constantly dismiss the warnings. Customer service was really poor, any ideas?

      Speaking of visual annoyances and concerns that have been raised in the community for over a month now, why don't you notify the "team" to move the device shortcuts back to the *TOP* of the dashboard and restore the red numeric activity indicators that were previously in the camera preview windows?
