End of trial-loss of feed

My trial ended and I have subscribed to Ring Protect. However since then I have stopped receiving notifications and I can’t access live view. Are these two things related? Anyone offer any advise?

    Hi @Allys1. These two would not be related, as you always receive notifications and have access to Live View regardless of if you have.a Ring Protect subscription or not. Try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App. This typically resolves notification problems such as not receiving any notifications. As for the Live View concern, I'd recommend starting with our Community Post on Live View not working [here](https://community.ring.com/t5/Ring-Device-Tips-and-How-To-s/Live-View-Not-Activating-and-Connecting-Troubleshooting-Tips/ba-p/821).       You guys definitely have some sort of bug related to an "End of Trial" switch over. Camera was working perfectly fine during Trial with Live View. Now that it has ended, Live View never activates. My other Ring Camera which I have paid for a subscription for, works perfectly fine. It's only the one that had the Trial end.

        Hi @Steviez. If you've already tried the steps I suggested in my previous reply to no avail, then I would recommend performing a reset and a new setup of the Camera in your Ring App. You can reset it by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that's complete, set it back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. This should resolve your concerns.
