Cob web to clear

This cam is clear in daylight ..at nite it looks like cob webs in front of camera then when my flood lights activate it's a crystal clear picture.lens is clean with no webs etc.around it.any ideas?also have another one that I want to put in place of this one but not sure ring will let me.cam with web problem is older the one I want connected is newer.thanks
