Scam email?
troubleshooting

I have received an email requesting me to verify my bank details. Suspect it may be a scam. Can you verify?

Hi @user_62d42f. This email means you need to log into Ring.com and manage your payment information. You may have an expired card, or it may just need to be reentered.

That looks like a scam to me.I know Ring have already said its genuine but personally I would never click on a link contained within an email or text message.Ring are so behind here. They really need to update their methods to something a little less year 2000!

Hi @user63814. It's good practice to always check the email address that sent the email. This will let you know if it's a scam or not. Additionally, if you're not comfortable clicking the links, you can just manually navigate to Ring.com to perform the requested actions. As always, you can always check with a support team member to verify the authenticity.
