My camera has full battery. I even purchased a new one and fully charged it. It’s not working -‘it’s not recording or showing live views. It must be with the camera and some type of defect.  Don’t know what to do. Customer service not helpful.

Hello! It sounds frustrating to have a fully charged camera that isn’t working. Ensure all cables and connections are secure, try resetting the camera to its factory settings, and make sure the firmware is up to date. Verify the camera is connected to a strong Wi-Fi signal and test the live feed on a different device. If these steps don’t help, it might be a hardware defect, and you should consider reaching out to the manufacturer for a replacement or repair. the hub disney

Hello,Frustrating! Try these troubleshooting steps: Reset camera: Check your camera's manual for reset instructions. Check connections: Ensure all cables and memory cards are secure. Firmware update: Visit the manufacturer's website for updates. Clean camera: Dirt or debris might be blocking the lens or sensors. Contact a professional: Reach out to a camera repair service or a local electronics store for assistance.destiny card If none of these steps work, you may need to escalate your issue with customer service or consider a replacement.
