I received a notification of a missed ring at XXXX. There was a preview of a man at our front door. When I clicked on the notification, the app loaded but there was no video on the time line. There's a gap of about 45 minutes with no snapshots or anything. Is there a way to recover that video at all?

Hi @user_0d89c4. If there is no recording of an event in your history, then it does not exist in order for you to retrieve it. I cannot say why this occurred, but I can recommend some steps to try and help from this happening again. Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app and reboot your router as well. I would also suggest making sure your Doorbell has good signal strength. If you try these steps and have the same concern again, give our support team a call to further investigate this with you.
