I have the the ring doorbell 2nd generation, I am trying to reconnect to WiFi ( because new router) but it’s not spinning white for me to be able to do this, it’s just flashing blue on and off, what am I doing wrong please? ps I’ve reconnected all other devices except the door bell.

Hi @Mariecoleman. If your Doorbell is not entering setup mode try the following steps: - Charge it for a few hours then try putting it in setup mode. - Factory reset it by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
