can't get past the blinking blue light
troubleshooting
My ring doorbell has been offline for a couple of months. I charged it for over 48 hours, but the blue light continues to blink, so I can't get into the setup menu and haven't been able to get back online. I'd appreciate any thoughts on how to fix this and get back online. Joel

Hi @user_2a605b. If your Doorbell is not entering setup mode, try factory resetting it by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
