Trouble connecting to AT&T Internet air

My ring chimes, doorbell and camera worked perfectly fine with AT&T Internet Air prior to Hurricane Helene. For days after they would not reconnect. Finally after resetting the Hub after an error code appeared, all the devices connected. However I cannot use the Ring app on the Internet Air. It just spins and spins. I have to take my phone off WiFi in order to use the app. Any ideas why?

    Hi @user_1d1490. I'm glad to hear your Ring devices are back up and running. I'd suggest making sure that you're running the latest version of the Ring app. There may also be some residual issues impacting your internet service provider after the storms. If you have a different phone or tablet, try downloading and accessing the Ring app on there to see if the issue still persists.
