Scrolling through timeline jumps to 0:00

Scrolling through the camera timeline on the app, it jumps to 0:00, midnight, every single time. I can't view anything unless I use filters and even then, it still jumps around to random times or back to midnight. App is updated, phone is updated, app reinstalled on numerous occasions, ring device rebooted numerous occasions. Super frustrating as it's now been happening for months.

Hi @TMo1. Our team is aware of this issue preventing neighbors from being able to scroll through the Event History Timeline properly. This issue should be fixed in a future app update, and will be on a slow rollout as every update is. Make sure to keep your Ring app updated. In the meantime, you should be able to view events from the Event History tab rather than the Timeline, as a temporary workaround. Thanks for your patience!
