Ring App not opening on Samsung mobiles, says Poor wifi

Since the app updated on our Samsung phones (4 different models) we can no longer get to the Dashboard, says Poor WiFi signal, even though, every other app on the phone and in the house works fine. App works on iPad, but front camera not displaying live image. Any one else having issues with the app on Android or the Ring service in general?
