Ring App (iOS and iPadOS) Sluggish Performance
The Ring iOS and iPadOS app has been performing very sluggishly ever since the free trial for Ring Virtual Security Guard popped up on the app. It takes a really long time to load the app, the modes and security camera previews. Security camera previews are also not sorting alphabetically. There is something wrong with the app since that free trial appeared.

I'm not @RingKing, but I'm running v5.80.1 on an iPad Pro running 18.1.1 with no other apps in the background. scrolling up/down through the list of my cameras is excruciatingly slow. i installed a new camera 26 days ago and that's when it started. i have four days of the "In x days, your trial ends..." snackbar appearing - which, by the way, is kinda strange because i'm on the Home Standard plan. i'll come back here and let you know if they're correlated. <edit 4 days later> Meh. I had to recharge the battery on the new indoor stick-up cam. When I put the battery back in, I couldn't get my ring app to communicate with the camera. The dashboard knew the camera was online, but there were no snapshots and no video. So the camera is being swapped out. The dashboard scrolls up and down considerably faster, though. So there seems to be correlation between sluggish activity and the cam. I guess I'll come back in another 30+ days after I get the new camera.

Hi @RingKing. Which model iPhone do you have and what iOS version is installed? What Ring app version is installed? Do you have any other apps running in the background? Are you on WiFi or cellular data? These are all factors that contribute to your app performance.
