Recording Mode Turn On
troubleshooting
Hey, so I just installed a new ring camera (stick up cam 3rd gen), I’ve already currently had another one already installed and been using for a few months. But my new one is not allowing me to turn on recording mode, just saying motion detection. How can I fix this?? here are pics for examples of the first camera I had and the one I just installed. I’ve restarted the camera multiple times, I deleted it from my app and reconnected it. Please help!
