No support access anywhere
Twice this week my Ring camera has disconnected. I try to reconnect and it refuses to connect to the temporary WiFi from the device. So I come to the app for help and there is no ability to reach support. You go to ‘Chat’ and it’s just an AI Bot that when asking for help, cycles back to itself. Utterly useless. Then I logged in here and was going to leave feedback. But I kept getting an error trying to post my comment “try again later” So now I’m posting this and I’m asking myself what I paid for with the annual subscription I just had renewed?!? With no quick access to support anywhere what am getting for the over $100/yr?!

You can also reach out by phone at one of the numbers here https://ring.com/support/contact-us/call. If your Ring Camera is disconnecting from wifi often, it may be a signal issue. What is the last reported signal strength on the Device Health page? When you're reconnecting your camera to wifi, are you receiving a specific error message?
