Ring App
Mode status not available on app
Mode status is not working on the app. It says it is unavailable on both me and my wife's app. I had to turn off the alarm via the website to let the dogs out. The status.ring.com status says everything is working. Anyone else with the issue?

Same problem here. Android App. At least since 1 hour. Also on different phone with different ring account. Status page says nothing about this big problem!

Same here, Moms phone is an android where monitoring was unavailable. And I have an iPhone where it’s working fine and had to disable it through mine.

EI just checked my wife's iphone and she has access. My android app and my son's tablet, android, are not showing the status.

Same here, I have android. Now I will have trigger alarm in order to turn it off. This is total bs

I am facing the same issue. I had to disarm the system from the keypad.
