  @Hi @WMRing. Make sure the Motion Alerts toggle is on in the Ring app, and check the permissions for the Ring app in your phone's settings to ensure the Ring app has permission to send notifications.   Caitlyn: Thanks for your reply. After looking into this and trying to find the reason, I determined that it's not the phone. For some reason, the doorbell Ring Pro V2, is not responding correctly when we have "other motion" toggled off. We toggle it off at night, otherwise it would alert to all passing cars, etc. Early yesterday morning (still dark outside), we started getting notifications - but only on our Alexa devices - not the phones. This was for "other motion", which should not have happened because, as I said, we have other motion toggled off. For reference, we also have a Floodlight Cam (Wired Plus V3) and it is responding as expected - no issues. We keep Other Motion toggled off at all times with the Floodlight cam. At this time, it doesn't appear that the doorbell cam's firmware version has changed. I don't know if this is a Ring issue, or an Alexa issue, but something has changed. Hopefully you can help get it corrected. Thank you.
