I seem to have misplaced the keypad during renovation (likely stolen) and need help in uninstalling it from the system. All the existing articles point to having physical access to the device. Please HELP

If you no longer have access to the Keypad, follow these steps to remove it: - Open the Ring app - Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner). - Select Devices - Tap on Alarm Base Station - Select the Keypad you want to remove - Tap on Device Settings - Select Advanced Options - Select Remove Failed Device and tap on Remove Let me know if this helps.
