Having great difficulty in separately siren case before continuing connection of power supply. Any advice?

    Hi @Helpkey12. Are you trying to hardwire the Outdoor Siren? We have some instructions on hardwiring our Outdoor Siren in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050832752-Outdoor-Siren-hardwiring-instructions). It's worth noting that a #2 Phillips head screwdriver should be used to loosen the positive and negative terminals.
