Hi @Buttauh. After initiating the Smoke & CO Listener test, you'll need to tap the button on the side of the Listener to put it into test mode. Next, you'll need to manually activate the alarm on your smoke & CO detector so that the Listener can hear and detect the sound. You can find steps on how to complete the test [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021395512-Testing-your-Ring-Alarm-Smoke-CO-Listener). If you're unable to successfully complete the test, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) for further assistance.
