Chime pro light is solid green
troubleshooting

Hi All, I changed my home network and, as a result,  had to update my chime pro (2nd generation). The issue is that it shows s solid green light and doesn’t allow configuration even though following the App instructions. Any ideas on how to solve it?? Thanks!!

    Hi @user_9e8159. This Help Center article here will have troubleshooting steps for the Chime Pro. A green solid light means the Chime Pro is booting up.
