Hey neighbors! For Base Stations that are falling offline, this may be due to the proper[ports and protocols](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices) not being adjusted for the Ring device to connect and stay connected. In the event that adjusting these does not help the device reconnect when doing so through the app, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We're taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19. This has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support.

Our ring system was working fine and all of a sudden for the last couple of days , the base station won't connect to the wifi after multiple attempts to reconnect, still not having any luck. Our wifi connection is good and working fine for everything else in the home and there have been no changes to passwords. Does anyone have a solution on how to correct this issue?
