Would like a "Ring Phone Accessory" to replace a landline

Like many people, we got rid of our landline several years ago and rely on our cell phones as the first and second contacts in case of a Ring emergency (we have professional monitoring).  Earlier this month my 18-year old daughter melted some cheese in a toaster oven that set off the smoke detector.  My wife and I were temporarily in an area without cell phone coverage so Ring (correctly) dispatched the fire department before we could respond and say that everything was okay. My daughter is 18 and knows the password, but never got a chance to use it before the firemen arrived.  What I'd love would be a "Ring Phone Accessory" (basically to replace a landline) that could be contacted by professional monitoring as the first point of contact in an event.  Think of it almost as a "2-Way Ring Intercom" that would always be in the house.  This would likely prevent issues like the one I experienced above.

Hi @user_98d352. You can find the order of operations for the fire alarm here.   "Who gets called before requesting the Fire Department? We call your first emergency contact before requesting the fire department in order to give you the chance to cancel a false alarm. Since fire emergencies are critical and every minute counts, we only have time to make one phone call. Make sure that your first emergency contact will answer the monitoring center call."
